~PMB: I have a expired card. Went to the their website & entered card info, tells me that I have a balance. I then called the *-*** number in order to get a replacement card, entered the same card info and it tells me that that the info is invalid. Tried this * more times... same thing. Tried the suggested phone tree shortcut from GetHuman(***, then option *) but it doesn't work* I gives me an "Invalid response" message. I even tried just a single * (which VV says to enter instead of card info in order to get important info) and even that gets me the "Invalid response" message. Tells everyone you know, DO NOT buy a Vanilla Visa gift card!
