GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman15356: I called into the beginning of May **** to let Verizon know I wanted service to end *******. They inadvertently unbundled my service without letting me know. However, I was paid up through May **, ****. I have the bank statement showing it. Now Directv wants their payment for May. Verizon has the payment, but has not forwarded it to Directv. I keep getting a bill from Directv, and Verizon has not paid them NOR have they refunded me any money. I want my directv account paid in full since verizon has the money. This has been going on for three months and no one solves the problem.
