~Medical: We have not had phones for an entire week and we run a doctors office, I have had to call the technicians everyday to find out if they had figured out the issue only to be told we would need a technician to come out and look at the phones*system. Once out he did fix our problem (I called that morning at *:**am and the tech did not show up until *:**pm)HOWEVER the next morning the phones were all broken again. Every single representative I have had to talk to talks over me and as the client*customer I find this extremely rude. That may also be why no one around Verizon ever knows what the **** is going on around there. Since they were bought out the customer service has plummeted. As a business we are furious with the complete disrespect and blatant disregard for our needs as a client. Whatever you do, do not do business with Verizon.
