~secretiam: I called Verizon FIOS last Friday to schedule a technican to come out and loosen the FIOS box located outside the backside of my townhouse. I was having old siding replaced with new but this FIOS box was in the way for my contractor. I get a voicemail message on Monday (*******) saying to call ***-***-**** to schedule a technican to come out to my residence but there would be a service charge for the service. I called Tuesday (****) - wrong number. Luckily the phone recording said call ***-***-**** instead. I call and pressed two for technical support and finally agent after ** minutes of all these choices and inserting your information. I wait ** minutes for a person to answer. They transfer to another department. ** minutes getting a person, he transfers me to another department. I get customer support service where I originally started! I get a woman and tell her if you transfer to another dept. I will fire Verizon right now! She listens to my complaint and schedules the
