GetHuman-121256: I was on the phone with them for at least * hrs, from one rep. to another rep. just to transfer my payment from Fios account to our wireless account. Finally, I got to the person who said that she will transfer the payment, her name is "Cynthia." *I found down * weeks later, she didn't do anything. My payment still in Fios account, for Oct, **** statement, and we had some extra credit about $** because we overpaid them. *However that credit didn't show on that same statement, my question is where is my money go???*Their customer service is very horrible, don't trust what they say, take their name and confirmation number, and all ness. info before you hang up.*Can't wait till my contract over!!!
