~not so happy: I have been waiting *** minutes to help my *** year old neighbor to get help for her land-line phone that is not working. she is helpless and I am at my wits end with the waiting - can you please get off your dime and provide some customer service or is this term too expensive - if so, get out of the business of providing communication services
