~Anonymous: Gethuman is great, Verizon is not!!! They are dragging their feet fixing my ** year old mother's outside wiring for her landline phone. She has not had phone service for * weeks out of a month. They don't want to bother with landline phones anymore, and they just don't care. How am I going to teach a ** year old almost blind woman to use a cellphone?
