GetHuman-175238: I called on line at least ** min. and then a gentleman came on and I gave him my * and he said I had a bad connection and said he was hanging up. Now if this is good service then I don't think I want to deal with Verizon. Tell me why did he think I was caIIing, could he not see this was why I was caIIing. Very unhappy with my service.
