GetHuman-163420: I would of liked to speak with a human. I can't see why they couldn't check my line to see if the problem is outside. Sometimes I have so much static that I can't hear the person on the other line. If I spoke to a human they would of seen what I was talking about because they kept saying I didn't get that.
