GetHuman-376691: Seriously the guy treated me like an idiot when my account was double charged. His attitude was horrific, condescending and pissed off. Was told different things many times as per the reason until he basically admitted they don't know why it was double charged. Till the very end he refused to say 'double' charge. He told me he has to defend his company and blamed me not having enough money in my account. I was appalled. Then in the middle of the conversation my **** Moto G decided to turn itself off. I am just going to open a dispute with my bank.
