GetHuman-319010: I am very dissapointed with Verizon commitment in resolving my repeated email login issues. Verizon failure to send a technician out to my home to attempt to resolve an * month on-going email issue. I was very patient with Verizon, calling in month after month to log in to my email. The very first time it happened I was down * weeks, the last * attempts occurred on a Friday which leaves with no email for the weekend. Because of Verizon failure to stand by there customer service leaves me no choice but to cancel my contract. I will go thru the Public Utility Commission to fight the early cancellation fee due to a breach of contract on Verizon part. Verizon did not live up to their part of the bargain.

GetHuman-319010: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-319010: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-319010: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon to know who you are.
