GetHuman-301805: I called from my home phone, and after waiting ** minutes, called from a different phone (leaving he original on), then a third phone. The third phone was answered FIRST after having been on hold for only ** minutes compared to the hour and ** minutes I had been waiting on the original phone. The representative was extremely rude and seemed as if she did not want to help. I had to practically force her to do anything for me. It was a terrible experience.
