~Rick Evans: Landline cuts off when I call a particular number in NYC that is serviced by Cablevision.**Hit * to get past request for PIN* and an ambiguous request to get a person. She was an excellent communicator, assessed to problem quickly and promised to act on it. **However after * days the problem persists. It's not her fault but Verizon ***** expensively.
