GetHuman-435683: Verizon has this stupid idea that you cannot get on your account without the primary person. My husband is the primary, but I pay the bills and use the email. Since it has been a more than a week since he has had a day off, he is tired and has gone to bed. Tomorrow he will be at work -- double time all day, but he will be tired when he gets home. They need to realize that people do not always have both parts of the team available.

GetHuman-435683: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-435683: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-435683: For that I would say five out of five.
