~enjoy: Call the number after hours. use the 'dial by name' option. use the * number minimum. You will get options with pre-recorded names. Pick one! When the computer transfers you, it is nice enough to tell you their extension. Then just wait for them to open, call back, use option * "I know the extension of the party I am trying to reach"....Have Fun!!!!

~enjoy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
