GetHuman-335470: The quality of service from individuals varies greatly, from most commonly poor, to occasional very good.*BUT. Even though the operator may be excellent, and make assurances that issues will be resolved, it is extremely rare that what is promised occurs, even after multiple calls.*It seems very clear tio me that some operators lie, and others will simply dump you on to a dead line if it looks like it is not a quick and easy call. The 'systems' are almost always blamed.*If it wasn't for the simple fact that personal experience shows that BT is at least as bad, I would dump them in a moment*VM and BT are the very definition of what is wrong with UK companies.
