~bnort1419@aol.com: After trying to get an answer for why my phone service had been stopped, the young lady ask me to hold so she could find out, she put me on hold, after a short time she came back said she was still trying to find out why I had the problem, ask me to hold again, I said OK, after holding for a long time the phone was hung up, as I started getting a busy signal.
