~heydude2300: I am changing to a different cell phone service, and needed my Virgin mobile 'account number', which is different than your phone number. The rep had an accent but helped me to end the autopay function (I also ended autopay myself, through paypal and the Virgin Mobile website to make sure), and gave me the coveted account number. I did not have a wait time to get a rep, and the call took less than ** minutes.
