~katman: After several hours of trying to get to tracking info after ordering a phone online at their website, I called customer support, only to go through menu after menu...finally getting to a human who wanted all my personal info, only to transfer me to another human who said they needed to transfer me (another long wait)...only to get to the last human who said he needed to transfer me because VM is going thru an upgrade system...and he's not on it yet...so, he put me on hold only to be disconnected after ** minutes of waiting. Additionally, they have the worst interactive website I've ever seen for a large company...too many deadends and text mistakes. When I printed my receipt it said I had no items in the cart, yet charged my credit card. They are soooooo screwed up.

~katman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~katman: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~katman: For that I would say five out of five.

~katman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Virgin Mobile to know who you are.
