~wilson2264: Bought a new ***.** iphone..didn't work properly. Could not get internet service. Countless calls to the company and they would not give money back even though we had contacted them within the ** day return window. They told us there was nothing that they could do for us and told us we were out of luck. Took our money and left us with a non-working phone. Horrible customer service and would never recommend Virgin Mobile to anyone.Buyer Beware.
