GetHuman-319440: If I could have given it a * out of *, I would have. The people with Virgin mobile do not even knopw about how their service works. They have given me wrong information before, and this last time the guy told me to complete my process I needed to call Virgin Mobile Cutsoms. Naturally, I asked him to provide me with the number, and he told me to go back to wal mart and ask them for the number! I mean, you can't be serious! You shouldn't be advising me to call them if you can not give me the number!!! This is just ridiculous. When I can afford to get a new phone I will be seitching to another service.
