~dissatisfied VA resident: If possible, I'd give this Virginia DMV "hotline" zero stars for quality of service and zero stars for communication! This is the *rd time I've tried this number. Every time, I've gotten the same automated message, "At this time we are experiencing extremely heavier than usual call volume. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you try your call again later." Then the system disconnects the call. There's not even an option to wait for the next available representative* it's just an immediate blow-off from the DMV. Unbelievable! The only plus is that the recorded message is in very clear English, with no static. So maybe *.** stars for communication.
