~NW: I dialed in, listened to the recording for ** min and then was cut off with an "invalid number" showing on my phone. I chose option * instead next call and sat on hold for * min. I sent an email yesterday that was never acknowledged. I am calling to see if our company can purchase drums of a couple of their vitamin forumulas. Then again, maybe not.

~NW: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vitacost's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NW: For that I would say two out of five.
