~isha11: I tried calling vitacost's toll free number * times - held for over ** minutes - no one ever answered - had to hang up - I paid for an order, but only received one item - had to open a dispute through paypal which could take up to ** days! I really can't afford to go and order these items somewhere else and spend the money twice - while I am waiting for paypal to make a decision on the claim - yes vitacost has it set up in paypal - if a dispute is filed to automatically escalate to a claim and let paypal decide!! This really *****!!
