GetHuman-216023: I have been trying to cancel my account for more than * months due to a sell of house and a take over. I was told to email a cancellation, after that didn't work twice. I faxed the cancellation, at which time account was finally cancelled however it has been more than a month waiting for a refund for the * months of service both myself and new owners were both charged, still no refund!!! I have called atleast ** times trying to get this taken care and still no refund........... This is ridiculous!!!! I will never use this company again!!

GetHuman: And what about Vivint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-216023: For that I would say three out of five.
