GetHuman-jbarlow: Installer has missed * appts. to take equipment out & his mailbox is full.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-jbarlow: We cancelled service in the allotted time frame and want the equipment out. The installer has missed * appointments and his mailbox is full. Phoning gets us nowhere. I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB.

GetHuman-jbarlow: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
