GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Vivint customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-74676: I moved in March and canceled my account, I sent the emails and all that other jazz that they requested me to do. I was then continued another $**.* in April and May and another $***.** with out my convent once the contract was cancelled. I called the service line at least four times and no one knew what was going on there and would dance around the topic of theft when I brought that up. This is the worst company to deal with and unless you are spending money they will not talk to u or call you back and help you out with problems that they have created. I would not refer this company to anyone.

GetHuman-74676: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-74676: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vivint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-74676: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Vivint customers?
GetHuman-74676: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vivint to know who you are.
