GetHuman-osamsi: I was called by vodafone customer service to upgrade by contracts *This was the ***********These came with iPhone *s Plus and iPad mini * on mob number *********** and *********** respectively *Wrongfully vodafone delivered iPhone *s and iPad mini * on the *********Called severally to have the swapped ********, ********, etc etc till date but never materialised on all promises from vodafone *I have written several letters to no avail*They promised sending Royal Mail return pack twice but failed!*Today is ******** nothing done to correct these abnormal deliveries etc
