GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-laurrxox: First of all the staff in your stores were one of the most rude and unhelpful people ever came across. I got a sim and he put a £ bundle on instead of normal credit, I didn't need the sim for over a month so it was a complete waste of money. Now I have just topped up £ and it has not came through as a bundle. I am so annoyed I will be getting my phone unlocked and going back to , such an awful first impression of this company and I will be making sure you get recommendations from me!!!!!!!!!!!
