~Mushahid: Hi Vodafone Team,**Its very sad to tell you all that, your service is highly pathetic and your customer representatives are illiterate. As from last month **st July till date my outgoing services were deactivated without even understanding the subject matter. This is *rd time since i had taken Vodafone sim, i am facing issues after issues without a genuine resolution. But this time you guys have shown how great your customer representatives are i.e ILLITERATE. **Now let me tell you why, After almost a heep of mails done by me, telling you people why exactly my number is deactivated. You people didnt even looked into the matter, and even after me, myself told you in mail that the issue might be of Internet usage and this might be charged explicitly rather then from my *GB UNLIMITED plan. My words didnt even pinged your ears. **Now having said that, today i got my invoice where ****.** Rs*- is charged as Roaming Charges in GPRS. Funny ? isnt it !
