GetHuman-288968: They changed me for a cancelled pre order I had to call the bank because the number was like a national security issue. Then to be told we see you sent many emails and still not any help. * emails later I get a number in a email and I'm told I see your e-mails but your account has not been FIXED as requested. She said that in a monitored call on both ends she saw we watch none of the movies that we didn't order. Then she said her supervisor ran a super secret report I can't see but that we WATCHED ** hours of star wars. I'm so ******* over I'm disputing *** charges. Over *k because you lied and ****.
