~RS: I've called the number they provide and it doesn't work at ALL. They would repeatedly put me on hold for hours at a time and it got so frustrating, so I went to Equifax instead (which owns that site). Called ***-***-**** instead and got a solution to my problem in less than five minutes!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting W-2 eXpress. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a W-2 eXpress problem?
~RS: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RS: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about W-2 eXpress's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RS: For that I would say five out of five.
