Called back a couple of hours when I had not received the fax and was told it would take ** to ** hours to receive fax, called back after ** hours and was told by a third person that it takes * business days. Very poor communication from this company, if your auto is financed here, go quickly to the nearest hometown bank or credit union to refinance.
