~bob007: I faxed a claim to WageWorks. I got an error message. I faxed the same document again. Got called away so I don't know if the second faxed erred or not. Called WageWorks about * hours later to see if they received fax. Rep couldn't (or didn't want to) tell me. Asked for a supervisor. Supervisor got rude. There is no way to contact upper management. Every time I deal with WageWorks there are more ways of inservice they seem to come up with. This is the third time I've had to contact other organizations just to contact WageWorks to resolve issues that are not MY issues. To file a claim usually takes about * days of multiple calling. I have a bill and I have a bank statement that says I paid but that is not good enough. They want more. I give up.

~bob007: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bob007: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bob007: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~bob007: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
