~Shauna: The agent had a heavy accent and became frustrated with me when I could not understand him and he had to repeat himself *xs. English was not his first language, which is fine, as long as people can understand. There was a lot of background noise - A LOT! And he at one point starting talking to someone near him, thus confusing me more. I still have no confidence in what he said and will be calling back to speak to another agent, to see if responses match.
