~scuba3023: I am livid and well that can not even describe how anger I am right now. I went to go check the balance on my card because *. I need to pay my electric bill and *. I needed to go to the store to pick up medication for my daughter. Knowing that I had a little over $*, *** dollars on my card I still wanted to get an accurate amount just to be on the safe side due to the fact that I had checked my balance weeks ago and $*** dollars was missing from my card. I have called customer service several times and the bank who issues this card to figure out what happened to my funds. Guess what? Its been three weeks and they continue to say that they are working on solving the problem but nothing is getting solved. Anyways, called my card to find out the balance only for it to direct me to customer service and in which case did not get a hold of anyone. Went to the ATM to find out what my balance was at it stated to contact customer service. So, my fiancee got online and logged into my account and
