GetHuman-goossez: your costomer service people are uneducated in the area of why the web sites is screwed up and make you feel like you are wrong, you don't send confirmation codes and there is no IT service to resolve these matters. I need you to send the confirmation code
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WalMart MoneyCard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WalMart MoneyCard problem?
GetHuman-goossez: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
