GetHuman-16892: I am writing this email to you as a very disgruntled customer.*I shop at Walmart all of the time and I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Walmart of Arbutus store on Washington BLVD.***** Washington Blvd*Arbutus, MD*(***) ***-******I called to ask about a recalled crib I received back in ****.*When I called the phone rang about ** times before someone in electronics answered my call, I asked for customer service, they put me on hold then the phone rang again about another ** times only to be back with electronics. I asked again customer service please, this time the phone rang about ** times then someone picked up the phone and hung up on me!*I called back and the phone rang about ** times, then electronics answered again so I asked yet AGAIN customer service, the phone then rang about ** more times and then garden center answered! I asked for customer service AGAIN and AGAIN I was on hold only for garden center to answer! So I patiently asked one last time for cus

GetHuman-16892: For that I would say four out of five.
