~Jane: The *st agent didn't even bother to pull up our order number and gave us a number which dint resolve our issue. In summary we talked to * agents and none of them resolved the problem and the last one just told me to just wait for the call without even trying to help us and he had hearing problems as well and was irritated that he can't hear me I was already almost shouting. Problem not yet resolved..

~Jane: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jane: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jane: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart.com customers?
~Jane: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
