GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman-jonesali: I purchased a iPad from Walmart in **** out of state while on vacation as it was a Christmas gift i am being asked by apple to verify my purchase now and that my account is restricted however i do not have the receipt i know the serial number of the item and UPS as i have the original box it came in also know date and location of the purchase and i called the store and the manager was very helpful however claims he could not find the receipt in the system due to the length of time it has been. now in my experience in retail items like iPads and computers and high dollar item purchases can be searched and sometimes recorded when sold by serial number. there has got to be record somewhere. right?

GetHuman-jonesali: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jonesali: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jonesali: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
GetHuman-jonesali: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
