~Frustracie: Don't waste your time expecting resolutions. They will say they're going to look into it, and weeks later, you'll still know nothing. Just take your refund and run to another business!

~Frustracie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustracie: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Frustracie: For that I would say five out of five.
