~V. Fuster: Today, may **, ****. Went to Walgreens to pick up prescriptions through the drive thru window. One customer waiting ahead of me in the first of the two service stations. After my first ** minutes wait, I engaged conversation with customer in the first pick up station, she told me that she had been waiting for over ** minutes, but that the service was slow because there was only one employee on duty, the Pharmacist. After buzzing for over ** minutes to call the ir attention, I decided to quit. This behavior at this pharmacy is being observed for quite some time. Walgreens Calee Loiza, San Juan, Puerto Rico
