~DCMan: Chronic leak in service lines reduces flow of gas. Each time WG Tech must be dispatched to vacuum * drain water * moisture from service line. * of over **** leaks in DC. each time must re-educate WGCS of problem and how to get it fixed. Seems no record keeping on their part. WG outsourced * off-shored CS to Accenture in Philippines, a HORRIBLE Set-up. WG doesn't care unless non payment. Today is **********, *st reported this on ********** via email on WGCS Website. *rd World CS for *st World problems is BAD Disastrous Combination. So fed up the situation. WG only cares when there's non-payment.
