~MoCoSoul: I must admit* I'm shocked. I concisely described my issue which had gone unsolved for * ENTIRE YEARS by * other people and while this person couldn't solve the issue, CC'd the person that should be able to. honestly if Washington Gas didn't have the legal monopoly on this area I would TOTALLY not deal with them purely because if you have a problem they created they are terrible about owning up and helping you fix it. Oh but they are prompt with sending bill statements. This person is the single bright star in this whole ordeal and I will come back to update if the colleague follows thru to fix it. I prefer happy endings but if I don't get one my attorney will.

~MoCoSoul: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
