~PissedOffWMCustomer: All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Trial *. Find a phone number. The WM webpage crashes on my phone every time. Finally able to get a number, only to be put on hold for ** min. Cust svc rep asks me for my zip, then hangs up on me. This happened twice. Finally I just called a different service to start service.**Waste Management, you are not the only game in town. If you treat people like this they will go with another service.
