~djw3boys: So I wrote it on my calendar to call to cancel my service on ***** because I signed my contract on ****. It took * phone calls and one nasty email before someone contacted me back on ****. He said my contract states that to cancel service I have to send a certified letter. He said I need to send it out right away so I wouldn't be too late. I've never heard of a company requiring a residential customer to send a certified letter. I would understand maybe a fax or email but after not receiving a call back from this company for almost * weeks this is ridiculous. I will never do business with them again.

~djw3boys: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~djw3boys: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Waste Management's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~djw3boys: For that I would say one out of five.
