GetHuman-262783: This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deactivated my on-line account but send me electroic notices to pay the bill but do not give me a bill. You cannot log on with the bill and you cannot pay by phone without your account number. Then I tried to set up a new account and it says my old account still exists? I just go around and around with them and then you can only call between * - * but sorry some of us have to work. What a joke!!!
