~Billnog: To Whom It May Concern: I have been experiencing a number of issues with the waste management company. These issues have resulted in the damage of my property and I am hoping that writing on the Facebook page will result in someone helping me resolve these issues. It was the week of December **rd when I first encountered issues with your service. Unfortunately, the dumpster driver carelessly drove into the building wall and broke the vinyl. After this occurred I spoke to John Palmer, route supervisor, who claimed that the damage to the building was not a result of the waste truck because the truck does not drive onto property. Two weeks later during the next pick up the driver carelessly knocked down the Comcast wire while driving into the property. I tried calling John Palmer but my calls were not returned. I was then able to get in touch with waste manager Donna Stern who said she was going to take care of the problem. When I continued to encounter issues I called Donna St

~Billnog: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Waste Management's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Billnog: For that I would say one out of five.

~Billnog: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Waste Management to know who you are.
