GetHuman-105687: I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME, I TRIED TO RESOLVE AN ACCOUNT ISSUE JULY ** ****. I ORDERED A PACKAGE AND IT EXPIRED. IM NOT CAREFUL, WHEN THAT PACKAGE EXPIRES . ANYWAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR MINIMUM CHANNELS, AND AFTER TIME MY BILL WENT FROM **.** SOMETHING TO OVER ***.** A MONTH. I DO HAVE HIGH SPEED AT A SPECIAL OFFER. I CALLED AND THE GENTLEMAN SAID MY PACKAGE WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, HE OFFERED ANOTHER WITH INTERNET AND TV FOR, ** OR ** DOLLARS. WHY, THE LADY RUDE, AND WHY IS SHE ALLOWED TO TREAT ME AS A FOOL? I"M ** AND COLLEGE EDUCATED.I HAVE PAID EACH MONTH, SHE SAID I WAS WAY BEHIND.
