~jfd: I could not be more disappointed in a medicare prescription provider. They provide a pricing of the drugs you use to help you make up your mind whether to switch to them. They come in very competitive. Much lower than my previous provider. Now I know why. Immediately they deny a drug I use for Diabetes *. They allow an appeal process and my doctor did appeal their initial decision. They denied the appeal. They gave an alternate drug that could be used. So I asked my doctor to send in a prescription for the alternate. The same day they came back and denied the alternate . That frustrated my doctor to the point he almost fired me as a patient. So I decide to stay with the original drug and just go to WalMart and pay the total bill myself. WalMart has my insurance information and apparently submitted the originally denied drug for payment. Wellcare did pay for the drug. The same drug they would not send from their Exactos operation they pay for when picked up at a local drug
